Whether you’re new to exercising or a fitness pro, I’m here to provide you with personalized coaching and support inside and outside the gym. My professional programming, tools, and guidance will help you stay on track, reach your goals, and get to a healthier place. You will receive assistance in strength training, exercise improvement, nutrition, work-life balance, self-improvement, behavior modification, health, & wellness.

With personal training, the focus is you. I will design a program specific to your health and fitness goal and work with you to achieve them.

Personal training is ideal if you have specific goals or past injuries you want to work through. This type of training lends itself to more advanced exercises which requires more focused coaching. Here we introduce lower repetition ranges and focus on strength goals.

Working together, I will keep you accountable to achieving your goals and set new ones to keep you challenged.

Monthly rate consists of 4 weeks meeting 1, 2 or 3 times per week at $75.00 per session:

  • Meeting once per week: $300.00 a month

  • Meeting twice per week: $600.00 a month

  • Meeting 3 times per week: $900.00 a month

Each session is 50 minutes, including a 10-minute cool-down and stretch.

Initial fitness assessment and first workout are FREE. A comprehensive fitness program begins with a no strings attached free consultation to determine if we are the right fit for each other. If we are, we’ll get the ball rolling on some fantastic results. This will be an hour session to chat about your health & fitness goals and past workout history along with a brief warm up and light workout.
