Take your workout to a new level, try something new! Take advantage of new training opportunities to add content to your standard workout, or create a whole new routine.

Location & Time:

Session locations will be held at Centennial Park, Columbia, MD. unless other arrangements are made. Times will be arranged.

COST:

Prices range starting from $25.00 a session depending on how many sessions you sign up for and if you want a half hour session or a full hour session.

Current clients receive first outdoor session FREE!!!!!!

Please note that sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reba Fitness OUTDOOR TRAINING AT THE PARK

Session Packages are the most economical. 4 options:

  • Pay-As-You-Go: $30.00 - 1 half hour session

  • Pay-As-You-Go: $45.00 - 1 full hour session

  • 8 (half hour) session package: $200.00

  • 8 (1-hour) session package: $300.00 - This is the greatest value.

You must complete a health form and waiver before starting which will be e-mailed to you, and your attendance is at your own risk.

More reasons why outdoor training is beneficial.

Studies have shown that physical activity outdoors lowers a person's blood pressure and heart rate. As a result, exercise outdoors feels less strenuous than similar exercise indoors, which, in turn, pushes you closer to your maximum performance. Train outdoors, push yourself to the limit and keep breaking your personal record!

When you exercise outdoors, you get fresh air which helps to alleviate insomnia. Regular exercise and fresh air will help you to fall asleep and improve the quality of your sleep!

When training outdoors, you can also enjoy the benefits of sunshine. Fresh outdoor air and natural light invigorate and provide more energy for the mind and body. Sunshine provides the vitamin D that we need, you will get a suntan while training and the sun will lift your spirits! Sunlight also enhances energy generation in the muscles and oxidation of the tissues.
