Putting the FUN back into fitness!
Join me for "Fall Fitness in the Park" Saturday morning and Wednesday nights during the months of September & October. This is the perfect physical activity for all ages and fitness levels.
Take your workout to a new level, try something new! Take advantage of new training opportunities to add content to your standard workout, or create a whole new routine.
Get fit, have fun & enjoy the fresh air.
Suitable for both beginners & experienced exercisers.
Bring a friend or meet new ones. Training outdoors is an excellent opportunity to meet new people while performing your workout!
Every class is different so you'll never get bored.
Challenges both your strength and cardio fitness levels.
Great for weight loss and toning up your whole body.
Only thing you need to bring is water & a exercise mat or towel.
All in all, outdoor exercise benefits the whole body by bringing joy, well-being and a better mood!
EVERY WEEK will be different with workouts consisting of different combinations of:

All classes will be held at Panther Park in Hampstead, MD.
Saturday September 15th: 8:00 - 9:00 am
Wednesday September 19th 5th: 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Wednesday September 26th: 6:00 - 7:00 pm - Cancelled due to weather. Make up date Wednesday, October 24th.
Saturday September 29th: 8:00 - 9:00 am
Wednesday October 3rd: 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Saturday October 6th: 8:00 to 9:00 am
Wednesday October 10th : 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Saturday October 13th: 8:00 to 9:00 am
Wednesday October 17th: 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Saturday October 20th: 8:00 - 9:00 am
Wednesday October 24th: 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Make up dates will be Wednesday October 24th and Saturday, October 27th
Prices range from $8.00 to $10.00 a class depending on how many sessions you sign up for.
Once you've purchased your pass, you can use it at any session. It's really flexible. You don't even have to stick to a particular time or day every week.
You can purchase online, or bring cash or a check (payable to Reba Fitness) to one of the sessions.
Please note that passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
FALL Fitness FIT AT THE PARK
Class passes are the most economical and flexible. They can be used at all of classes. 4 options:
Drop-in pass: $10.00 - No commitment!
5 class pass: $45.00
7 class pass: $60.00
10 class pass: $80.00 - This is great value and perfect if you're interested in doing all ten classes.
You must complete a health form and waiver before you join a class, and you attend at your own risk.
CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED!!!! If your interested in personal one on one training at the park we can do that as well. More information on personal training as well as group training and online coaching is available on my SERVICE page.
More reasons why outdoor training is beneficial.
Studies have shown that physical activity outdoors lowers a person's blood pressure and heart rate. As a result, exercise outdoors feels less strenuous than similar exercise indoors, which, in turn, pushes you closer to your maximum performance. Train outdoors, push yourself to the limit and keep breaking your personal record!
When you exercise outdoors, you get fresh air which helps to alleviate insomnia. Regular exercise and fresh air will help you to fall asleep and improve the quality of your sleep!
When training outdoors, you can also enjoy the benefits of sunshine. Fresh outdoor air and natural light invigorate and provide more energy for the mind and body. Sunshine provides the vitamin D that we need, you will get a suntan while training and the sun will lift your spirits! Sunlight also enhances energy generation in the muscles and oxidation of the tissues.
